  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1⁄2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1⁄2 cup cauliflower florets
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups ice


  • Combine spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, garlic, and 1 1⁄2 cups of water in the blender with 1 cup of the ice and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining water and ice gradually while blending until desired consistency is reached.
