- 1 cup spinach
- ½ cup broccoli florets
- ½ cup cauliflower florets
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups ice
- Combine spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, garlic, and 1½ cups of water in the blender with 1 cup of the ice and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining water and ice gradually while blending until desired consistency is reached.
