Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup broccoli florets
  • ½ cup cauliflower florets
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups ice

Directions

  • Combine spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, garlic, and 1½ cups of water in the blender with 1 cup of the ice and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining water and ice gradually while blending until desired consistency is reached.
