Cleaned-Up Cranberry Sauce

- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- ¼ cup agave nectar
- 1 Tbsp. orange zest
- 1 lb. cranberries, washed
- In a large pot over medium heat, bring the orange juice, agave nectar, and orange zest to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, and simmer.
- Add the washed cranberries to the pot, and simmer for about 10–15 minutes, or until the cranberries begin to burst. Remove from heat, stir, and allow the sauce to thicken.
- Serve warm or cold.
