Ingredients

  • ½ cup watercress
  • 2 pints cranberries
  • 2 medium cucumbers, peeled
  • ½ medium lemon, peeled
  • ½" ginger, peeled
  • 2 cups purified water

Directions

  • Place watercress, cranberries, cucumbers, lemon, ginger, and 1 cup of purified water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add the remaining water while blending until desired texture is achieved.
