Cleansing Cranberry Smoothie

- 2 pints cranberries
- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled
- ½ medium lemon, peeled
- ½" ginger, peeled
- 2 cups purified water
- Place watercress, cranberries, cucumbers, lemon, ginger, and 1 cup of purified water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add the remaining water while blending until desired texture is achieved.
