- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 2 medium apples, peeled and cored
- 1 medium orange, peeled
- 1⁄2 lemon, peeled
- 1 piece (1⁄2 inch) ginger, peeled
- 2 cups purified water
- Place pineapple, apples, orange, lemon, ginger, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining 1 cup water while blending, as needed, until desired texture is achieved.
