Clementine-Berry Green Smoothie
Recruit the kids to help in making this drink. Bananas and clementines can be peeled by most children. The rest of the ingredients don’t need to be cut at all.

- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 medium banana, peeled
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 2 large clementines, peeled
- 1 cup water
- Combine spinach, banana, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, clementines, and ½ cup water in a high-powered blender and blend.
- Continue to blend and add the remaining ½ cup water until drink is smooth. Serve.
