Cobb Salad Dip

To make a memorable football snack, take the best fresh ingredients from your favorite Cobb salad and arrange them in a layered dip with a foundation of guacamole.

  • 2 containers (8 oz.) Simple Truth™ Traditional Guacamole
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Simple Truth™ Hot Whole Roasted Chicken, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded Kroger® Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Private Selection™ Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
  • 1 package (2.5 oz.) Kroger® Meals Made Simple Real Bacon Bits
  • Tortilla chips, cucumber slices and jicama slices for serving


  • In an 8” or 9” glass pie pan or other shallow dish, spread guacamole. Top with lettuce. Scatter chicken, tomato, eggs, cheeses, green onion and bacon on top of lettuce.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, cucumber and jicama slices for dipping.
