Cobb Sandwiches
The classic salad also makes a delicious sandwich. Keep the sugar out with a few select ingredients like sugar-free bread, bacon and mayonnaise.

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. no-sugar-added mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. blue cheese crumbles
- 1⁄2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1⁄4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 8 slices Private Selection™ Sugar-free Whole Wheat Sliced Wide Pan Bread
- 4 leaves green leaf lettuce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 8 oz. cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 2 hardboiled eggs, sliced
- 4 slices Simple Truth™ No-sugar Uncured Hardwood Smoked Bacon, cooked
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
Directions
- In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, blue cheese crumbles, hot pepper sauce and pepper.
- Spread 1 side of each slice of bread with blue cheese spread.
- Top 4 slices of bread with lettuce, tomato, chicken, egg, bacon and avocado. Top with remaining bread slices, spread-side down.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
