Coco-Nana Green Smoothie

Coconuts and bananas are an exciting pair in this recipe! The tropical flavors of the coconut with a hint of cinnamon are a wonderful treat for the morning or as a delicious dessert.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup watercress
  • ½ cup chopped fresh coconut
  • 2 medium bananas, peeled
  • ¼ tsp. groud cinnamon
  • 2 cups purified water

Directions

  • Place watercress, coconut, bananas, cinnamon, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining water while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
