Coconut Cinnamon Popcorn

- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- ½ Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 4 cups freshly popped natural popcorn (or 3 Tbsp. popcorn kernels)
- Add coconut oil and cinnamon to a microwave-safe measuring cup. Microwave 30 seconds or until coconut oil has melted. Stir to combine.
- If making microwavable popcorn, carefully pour coconut and cinnamon mixture into bag, then shake well. If making popcorn in a pot on the stove, once popcorn has popped, remove pot from stove and add oil mixture to popcorn as you shake pot back and forth.
