Coconut Cream Dream Smoothie
Coconut cream pies are a delicious dessert, but pack empty calories and have little vitamins and minerals. This recipe blends the star ingredients of coconut cream pie in a healthy green smoothie.

- 1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce
- 2 cups chopped coconut flesh
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 medium banana, peeled
- ¼" ginger, peeled
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- Place lettuce, coconut, lemon juice, banana, ginger, and almond milk in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add the yogurt while blending until desired texture is achieved.
