Coconut Lime Popsicles
These popsicles are ready in a flash. You can mix up the flavor profile by adding lemon juice instead of lime or puréeing some berries and mixing them with coconut milk and stevia before freezing.

- 1 1⁄2 cups full-fat coconut milk
- 1 tsp. granulated stevia
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- Whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Taste mixture and adjust stevia or lime juice to taste.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.
