Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 1⁄2 cup coconut milk
- 1⁄2 cup coconut water
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
Directions
- In a blender, purée coconut milk, coconut water, vanilla, and maple syrup together until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses and drop in blueberries and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
