Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1⁄2 cup coconut milk
  • 1⁄2 cup coconut water
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • 1⁄2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds

Directions

  • In a blender, purée coconut milk, coconut water, vanilla, and maple syrup together until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses and drop in blueberries and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
