Coconut Whipped Cream Topping
This easy-to-make coconut cream topping is delicious dolloped on top of your favorite desserts.

- 1 cup coconut cream, chilled
- 1⁄3 cup coconut sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1⁄4 cup coconut flour
- Pour coconut cream into a stainless steel mixing. Chill the bowl and coconut cream 30 minutes. Beat until thick and fluffy.
- In a high-powered blender or a coffee grinder, process sugar until it reaches a fine powdery consistency.
- To the beaten coconut cream, add vanilla; beat in powdered sugar and coconut flour a little at a time, until topping reaches the desired consistency.
