Coffee Ice Cream
Served after a decadent evening meal, this ice cream combines both dessert and an after-dinner cup of coffee. For an extra shot of flavor, consider adding a tablespoon of Baileys Irish Cream or Kahlua just before freezing.

- 1 1⁄2 cups sweetened condensed milk
- 1⁄4 cup whole milk
- 1⁄3 cup heavy cream
- 1 1⁄4 cups very strong brewed coffee
- 1⁄8 tsp. coffee grounds
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, then chill 5 to 8 hours, or overnight.
- Once chilled, add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
