Colorful Chamomile Smoothie

  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups cubed cantaloupe, rind and seeds removed
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 beet, chopped
  • 2 cups chamomile tea


  • Place romaine, cantaloupe, carrots, pineapple, beet, and 1 cup tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining 1 cup tea, as needed, while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
