Colorful Chamomile Smoothie

- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 cups cubed cantaloupe, rind and seeds removed
- 2 medium carrots, peeled
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 beet, chopped
- 2 cups chamomile tea
- Place romaine, cantaloupe, carrots, pineapple, beet, and 1 cup tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining 1 cup tea, as needed, while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
