  • 1 cup beet greens
  • 1 beet, chopped
  • 3 medium carrots, peeled
  • 2 medium apples, cored
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 3 cups green tea


  • Place beet greens, beet, carrots, apples, banana, and 1 1⁄2 cups tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining 1 1⁄2 cups tea, as needed, while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
