- 1 cup beet greens
- 1 beet, chopped
- 3 medium carrots, peeled
- 2 medium apples, cored
- 1 banana, peeled
- 3 cups green tea
- Place beet greens, beet, carrots, apples, banana, and 1 1⁄2 cups tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining 1 1⁄2 cups tea, as needed, while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
