This is a light glaze that is perfect for cookies. Vary the flavor by using different extracts or using lemon, lime, or orange juice in place of the water.

- 2 1⁄2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 1⁄3 cup light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. clear vanilla extract
- 4 tsp. warm water
- Beat all ingredients except water in bowl of a mixer until smooth.
- Add water a few drops at a time, until mixture is right consistency.
