Confectioners’ Sugar Replacement

If you must watch your sugar intake, you can use this in any recipe that calls for powdered sugar.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
  • 2 cups cornstarch
  • 1 cup Splenda

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Blend until the mixture is a fine and even texture. Store in an airtight container.
