Confetti Mac & Cheese

Sneak a serving of vegetables into this cheesy standby to make it extra colorful...and extra nutritious.


  • 1 package (7-1/2 oz.) KRAFT® Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
  • 1⁄2 cup KRAFT® Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup each shredded carrots and zucchini


  • Prepare macaroni as directed on package, using the "Light Prep" directions and adding vegetables to boiling water for the last 3 minutes of cooking time.
  • Stir in mozzarella.
