- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 sprig mint leaves
- 3 medium cucumbers, peeled
- ½ medium honeydew melon, peeled, seeds removed
- ½ cup kefir
Directions
- In a blender, place romaine and mint leaves followed by the cucumbers, melon, and half of the kefir and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining half of kefir while blending until desired texture is achieved.
