  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 sprig mint leaves
  • 3 medium cucumbers, peeled
  • ½ medium honeydew melon, peeled, seeds removed
  • ½ cup kefir

  • In a blender, place romaine and mint leaves followed by the cucumbers, melon, and half of the kefir and blend until thoroughly combined.
