Corn on the Cob in the Slow Cooker
Cooking corn on the cob using the slow cooker means you don’t have to worry about babysitting it on the stove. It will be hot and ready as soon as it’s time to eat.

- 4 cups water
- 4 medium ears corn, shucked and cleaned
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- Place water in a 4-quart slow cooker. Add ears of corn and salt.
- Cover and cook on high for 3 hours until corn is tender enough to eat.
- Remove corn carefully from slow cooker using tongs and rub with butter. Serve immediately while hot, topped with butter.
