- 1½ cups chopped cranberries
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp. orange zest
- Combine cranberries, sugar, water, and orange zest in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, for approximately 10 minutes. Mixture will thicken.
- Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
