Cranberry Holiday Bubbly
A wonderful addition to a holiday brunch or dinner, this sparkling drink is festive and light, and a breeze to make. If you prefer, you can substitute sparkling cider or grape juice for the wine.

- 4 tsp. sugar
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling Moscato or Prosecco
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- Place ½ teaspoon sugar in the bottom of 8 chilled champagne flutes or other tall, narrow glasses. Pour ¼ cup cranberry juice into each glass and stir. Top each with Moscato and a few cranberries.
