Cranberry Jalapeno Pulled Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1⁄2 cup milk
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, skin and bones discarded, meat shredded
  • 1⁄2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1⁄4 cup Sliced Jalapeno Peppers, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeno brine
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 hamburger buns, toasted

Directions

  • In skillet over medium-low heat, melt together cream cheese and milk.
  • Stir in chicken, cranberries, jalapenos, jalapeno brine, garlic powder and onion powder. Cook, stirring frequently, until heated through, about 10 to 12 minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Serve chicken on toasted buns.
