Cranberry Jalapeno Pulled Chicken Sandwiches
Pulled chicken meets jalapeno popper in these feisty and filling sandwiches.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 rotisserie chicken, skin and bones discarded, meat shredded
- 1⁄2 cup dried cranberries
- 1⁄4 cup Sliced Jalapeno Peppers, chopped
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno brine
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
- 8 hamburger buns, toasted
Directions
- In skillet over medium-low heat, melt together cream cheese and milk.
- Stir in chicken, cranberries, jalapenos, jalapeno brine, garlic powder and onion powder. Cook, stirring frequently, until heated through, about 10 to 12 minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve chicken on toasted buns.
