Cranberry-Raisin Chutney

This chutney makes an elegant garnish for turkey or chicken casseroles.

  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced peeled apples
  • 1 cup diced bananas
  • 1 cup diced peaches
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  • In a large saucepan, combine the onions, apples, bananas, peaches, raisins, wine, cranberries, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
