Cranberry-Raisin Chutney
This chutney makes an elegant garnish for turkey or chicken casseroles.

- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced peeled apples
- 1 cup diced bananas
- 1 cup diced peaches
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup dry white wine
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- In a large saucepan, combine the onions, apples, bananas, peaches, raisins, wine, cranberries, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
