Cranberry Salad

This is the perfect afternoon dish to enjoy outside on the deck, or as a refreshing part of a picnic lunch. Try it with chopped apple mixed in.

  • 1 lb. cooked wild rice
  • ⅓ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup walnuts, toasted
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil

  • ⅛ tsp. ground black pepper
