  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped cantaloupe
  • 1⁄2 vanilla bean, split and seeds removed
  • 1 cup kefir


  • Place cranberries, cantaloupe, vanilla seeds, and 1⁄2 cup kefir in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining kefir while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
