- 2 cups cranberries
- 1 cup chopped cantaloupe
- 1⁄2 vanilla bean, split and seeds removed
- 1 cup kefir
Directions
- Place cranberries, cantaloupe, vanilla seeds, and 1⁄2 cup kefir in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining kefir while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
