Crazy Carrot Smoothie

Some may not believe a green vegetable smoothie could be sweet and delicious— this smoothie is one for those nonbelievers. Crisp romaine, sweet carrots, and smooth banana meet in this smoothie to provide a treat for your senses!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 3 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • ½ cup vanilla almond milk

Directions

  • Place romaine, carrots, banana, and half of the almond milk in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining almond milk while blending until desired consistency is reached.
