Cream of Mango Soup

  • 3 Tbsp. dark rum
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. grated lemon zest
  • 1 large mango, peeled, pitted, and cut into chunks
  • 4 cups half-and-half
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blackberries

Directions

  • Combine the ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
  • Chill for 1 hour or more and garnish with berries.
