Cream of Mango Soup

- 3 Tbsp. dark rum
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon zest
- 1 large mango, peeled, pitted, and cut into chunks
- 4 cups half-and-half
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ cup blackberries
- Combine the ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
- Chill for 1 hour or more and garnish with berries.
