Creamy Avocado Dressing
You can make this dressing several hours in advance and store it in the refrigerator. The lime juice will keep the avocado from oxidizing.

- 1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
- 1 tsp. lime zest
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1⁄4 tsp. pepper
- Into the bowl of a food processor, fitted with a metal blade, add the avocado, onion, lime zest and juice, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth and creamy.
