Creamy Avocado Dressing

You can make this dressing several hours in advance and store it in the refrigerator. The lime juice will keep the avocado from oxidizing.

  • 1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tsp. lime zest
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1⁄2 cup sour cream
  • 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1⁄4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp. pepper


  • Into the bowl of a food processor, fitted with a metal blade, add the avocado, onion, lime zest and juice, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth and creamy.
