Creamy Brazilian Garlic Sauce (Molho de Maionese para Churrasco)
This aioli-style garlic mayonnaise is delicious with all kinds of grilled meats, but it is also good on sandwiches or as a dipping sauce for vegetables or grilled bread.

- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1⁄2 tsp. cumin
- 1⁄2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 1⁄2 cups mayonnaise
- Place the garlic and onion in the bowl of a food processor. Process with several brief pulses until finely chopped.
- Add the lime juice, smoked paprika, cumin, hot pepper sauce, and mayonnaise and process briefly until well mixed and smooth.
- Store in refrigerator until ready to use, for up to 5 days.
