- 3 cups cashews, roasted
- ¼ cup light sesame oil
- 1¼ cups coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp. agave nectar
- 1 tsp. all-natural sea salt
- In a blender or food processor, grind the roasted cashews until fine; add sesame oil gradually while processing until mixture becomes a paste.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cashew paste with coconut milk and agave nectar until smooth consistency is reached.
