Creamy Iced Vanilla Coffee

- 4 cups brewed Simple Truth Organic™ Medium Dark Roast Whole Bean Coffee (cooled)
- 1 cup Simple Truth Organic™ 2% Reduced Fat Milk
- 1⁄3 cup French vanilla creamer
- 1⁄4 cup caramel ice cream topping (or more to taste)
- 3 cups crushed ice
- 1 bar Simple Truth Organic™ 85% Cacao Dark Chocolate
- Whipped cream
- In blender, combine all ingredients (except chocolate and whipped cream) and process on high until smooth.
- Pour iced coffee into glasses and top with whipped cream. Use a potato peeler to shave chocolate for garnish.
