  • ½ medium head green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 medium carrot, shredded
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • ⅓ cup salt-free mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp. dry ground mustard
  • ½ tsp. ground white pepper

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir well.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
