Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Dress up dried potato flakes by cooking them with butter and milk and then whipping them with sour cream and Parmesan cheese.

- 2 cups water
- ⅓ cup milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cups potato flakes
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- In large saucepan, combine water, milk, and butter over high heat. Bring to a rolling boil, then add potatoes flakes and remove from heat.
- Let stand for 1 minute, then whip with a fork. Stir in sour cream and Parmesan cheese, cover, and let stand for 2 minutes. Serve.
