Creamy Mustard-Mayo Sauce
This is a great everyday sauce you can use with your favorite fish, chicken, or pasta recipes. The mustard adds just the right kick of spice and flavor to the creamy, decadent mayo. You could also replace some or all of the mayonnaise with low-fat Greek yogurt for a tangier, healthier alternative.

- 6 Tbsp. gluten-free Dijon mustard
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. minced dill
- 2 tsp. minced tarragon
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. ground black pepper
- Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
