Creamy Pepper Jelly Pecan Dip

This is perhaps the easiest dip ever, and it always impresses! Serve this with butter crackers, captains wafers, or even graham crackers or vanilla wafers.

  • 1 block (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • ½ cup pepper jelly
  • ¼ cup plus 1 Tbsp. chopped and toasted pecans


  • Combine the cream cheese and pepper jelly in the work bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, or in a medium bowl with a hand mixer, and beat until smooth, about 2 minutes. Fold in ¼ cup pecans and transfer to a serving bowl. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Top with remaining pecans before serving.
