Creamy Pesto Dipping Sauce
This sauce is perfect for dipping chicken or other meat in, or use on top of wheat-free pasta.

- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1½ oz. pine nuts
- 2 oz. Parmesan cheese
- 2 oz. fresh basil leaves, torn
- ½ cup half-and-half
- Add all the ingredients to food processor or high-powered blender in the order listed. Blend for 2–3 minutes, until smooth. Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
