Crispy Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 4 chicken halves

Directions

  • Mix together water, salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice and paprika. Pour over chicken pieces and refrigerate overnight. Remove from brine and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Grill over direct medium heat for approximately 1 hour, turning occasionally, until skin is golden brown.
