Crostini with Ricotta, Radishes, and Chives
Make this simple, elegant appetizer by toasting slices of baguette and spreading them with ricotta. Top with radish slices and chopped chives.

- 1 large baguette, cut into 1⁄2-inch slices
- 1 1⁄2 cups fresh ricotta
- 12 red radishes, thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 cup chopped chives
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Place the baguette slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove from oven and cool.
- Spread about 1 tablespoon of ricotta over toasted baguette slices. Top with radish slices and a sprinkling of chives.
