Crunchy Mini Panini with Tomato, Basil, and Provolone Cheese
If you don’t have a panini maker, use an indoor grill or a frying pan. If you are using a frying pan, simply put another, heavy pan on top of the sandwich with a weight in it.

- 8 slices Italian bread
- 4 Tbsp. Italian salad dressing
- 1 small tomato, sliced
- 8 medium basil leaves
- 4 slices baked ham
- 4 slices Provolone
- Preheat a panini maker.
- Brush both sides of each piece of bread with dressing. Stack tomato, basil, ham, and cheese on 4 slices of bread and top with remaining slices.
- Place sandwiches in the panini maker and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Cut and serve.
