Cuban Mojitos
Fresh and invigorating, these Cuban cocktails will leave you begging for more. A nonalcoholic version, or Nojito, can be made without the rum.

Ingredients
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- Juice of 1 fresh lime
- 2 Tbsp. turbinado sugar
- Ice, as needed
- 2 oz. white rum
- 12 oz. unflavored seltzer water
Directions
- Divide the mint leaves equally between 2 glasses. Using a wooden spoon, rub the leaves all over the insides of the glasses. Divide the lime juice and sugar evenly between the 2 glasses. Use the spoon to agitate the contents, dissolving the sugar and thoroughly combining the ingredients.
- Fill both glasses to the top with ice. Divide the rum evenly between the 2 glasses, pouring the rum over the ice. Fill glasses with seltzer and garnish with additional mint leaves and/or lime wedges, if desired. Serve immediately.
