  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 1⁄2 cup fresh dill
  • 4 scallions, trimmed
  • 1⁄2 cup chopped Swiss chard


  • Process the cucumbers through an electronic juicer according to the manufacturer’s directions.
  • Add the dill, followed by the scallions and the Swiss chard.
  • Whisk or shake the juice to combine the ingredients and serve over ice.
