Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and quartered
  • ¼ cup chopped mint
  • 1 cup water, divided

Directions

  • Place romaine, cucumbers, mint, and ½ cup water in a blender and combine thoroughly.
  • Add remaining water while blending until desired texture is achieved.
