Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • ½ cup diced English cucumber
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped mint leaves
  • ¼ tsp. coarsely ground toasted cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp. garam masala
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne powder

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir well. Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
