- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup diced English cucumber
- 1 Tbsp. chopped mint leaves
- 1⁄4 tsp. coarsely ground toasted cumin seeds
- 1⁄4 tsp. garam masala
- 1⁄2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1⁄4 tsp. black pepper
- 1⁄4 tsp. cayenne powder
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir well. Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
