Cucumber Mint Smoothie
Cucumber and mint are often found together in lotions and shampoos, but they also combine to make a very cool and delightful drink.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1⁄3 cup fresh mint
- 3 scoops low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup crushed ice
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
Directions
- Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Divide into glasses to serve.
