Cumin Carrots Recipe
Cumin Carrots

Just a pinch of cumin gives these carrots rustic flavor. And when you start with baby carrots, it's so easy!

Ingredients
- 1 pound baby carrots
- 1 tablespoon butter
- sea salt, to taste
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin, ground
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Directions
- Place the carrots in a saucepan. Add just enough water to cover and add salt. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 8 minutes.
- Drain the carrots. Add the butter, salt and cumin and toss to coat the carrots. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
