Curried Chicken Salad Wraps
Mango and curry powder add an interesting flavor to the easy-to-make wraps. Experiment with other fruits and nuts—just add your favorites!

- 1 1⁄2 cups cooked, cubed chicken breast
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. mango chutney
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1⁄4 cup golden raisins
- 1⁄3 cup pine nuts
- 4 flour tortillas (8 inches)
- 4 leaves iceberg lettuce
- In a medium bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, chutney, curry powder, raisins, and pine nuts.
- Place flour tortillas on work surface and top with lettuce leaves. Divide chicken mixture among tortillas. Roll up each tortilla, enclosing filling; then cut in half crosswise.
