Curried Yogurt

To increase the heat of this unusual dip, replace the curry powder with red curry paste.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • ¾ tsp. curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1½ tsp. garlic, chopped

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients and process in a food processor or blender. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
