To increase the heat of this unusual dip, replace the curry powder with red curry paste.

- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- ¾ tsp. curry powder
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1½ tsp. garlic, chopped
- Combine all the ingredients and process in a food processor or blender. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
