Curried Zucchini Soup

- 2 cups chicken stock
- 6 medium zucchini, ends removed, cut into 2-inch chunks
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 3⁄4 cup light cream
- Place the ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor or blender and purée until smooth.
- Chill for 1 hour or more and serve.
